This fee covers all the activities associated with 8th grade promotion.

Native American students with JOM eligibility will have their fee paid by NAEP and will receive a Promotional Fee Request Form, which must be filled out and returned. If you have questions regarding the form or eligibility, please email Martha Sullivan.

If you want to pay by card please fill out the information below. If you want to pay by cash or check you can drop off the funds at the front office; please include all the information we ask for below. Checks can be made out to Madison No1 PTO. If paying by cash, please bring exact change as the front office does not have a till.
