Grant Requests

 

Supporting our teachers and staff is one of our PTO's most important functions!

 

Grant requests will be discussed and voted upon during our PTO Meetings. Please complete the form according to the schedule. We will notify you of the vote outcome following the meeting. Grant requests will be evaluated based on the value delivered to our students. Grants may be fully approved, partially approved, or declined. 

 

Note on Annual Subscriptions: We are excited to provide online resources that enrich student learning, but we ask that all annual subscription requests are submitted by the November meeting as we want to be sure that students get the most value for the cost.

 

 

**Important Note About the Schedule**

Please be aware that we can only vote on your item at a designated Board Meeting based on the schedule shown below. If you miss the grant request due date, your item will be pushed until the next meeting. We can not approve anything on an emergency basis or between meetings, as it creates extra administrative time that our volunteers do not have. We really appreciate your understanding regarding the schedule, and we look forward to receiving your request.
